Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 14 October 2019 up to and including 21 October 2019. Krka acquired 18,311 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,191,992 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 14 October 2019: 3,189  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 64.73,

- on 15 October 2019: 3,815  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 65.05,

- on 16 October 2019: 3,844  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 65.40,

- on 17 October 2019: 1,993  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 64.81,

- on 18 October 2019: 2,985  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 65.20 and

- on 21 October 2019: 2,485  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 65.29.

SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,134,542 representing 3.460% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,152,853 representing 3.515% of all shares issued.
