Announcement of fixed income investor meetings and envisaged Tier 2 subordinated notes issuance

NLB d.d. has mandated UBS Investment Bank to arrange together with NLB d.d. a series of fixed income investor meetings across Europe and a series of investor calls between 6 and 8 November 2019. Subject to market conditions, an issuance of Tier 2 subordinated notes maturing in 10 years and callable after 5 years will follow which will be offered to eligible counterparties and professional clients outside the United States of America. No action will be taken to permit a public offer of the notes in any jurisdiction.
