Changes to the Agreement on termination of employment contract with the former President of the Management Board

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

At the continuation of its 2nd regular meeting, which took place on Thursday, 14 November 2019, the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., was informed of and adopted the agreement on changes to the Agreement on termination of the employment contract, which was signed by the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and mag. Rudolf Skobe on 16 April 2019, and with which mag. Rudolf Skobe’s term as the President of the Management Board was concluded. The Agreement on termination of the employment contract detailed that mag. Rudolf Skobe’s employment with the company shall conclud on 29 February 2020, however, with this subsequent agreement the parties have agreed that mag. Rudolf Skobe’s employment at Telekom Slovenije, d.d., shall be concluded on 30 November 2019. Up to the day of the conclusion of this new agreement, mag. Rudolf Skobe was conducting activities in accordance with the Agreement on the termination of the employment contract.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
