Resignation of the President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., mag. Matjaž Merkan

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

At the continuation of its 2nd regular meeting, which took place on Thursday, 14 November 2019, the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., was informed of resignation of mag. Matjaž Merkan from the position of the President of the Management Board, and has accepted his resignation. Mag. Matjaž Merkan has decided to resign for purely personal reasons, and both Mr. Matjaž Merkan and the company reject all other statements or speculations that have cropped up in the media. His term as the President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., ends today, 14 November 2019, and his employment contract ends on Friday, 15 November 2019 with the handover of duties.

Until the appointment of a new President of the Management Board, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., will be headed by the Vice president of the Management Board mag. Tomaž Seljak who will have full authority.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
