Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Stock Exchange, Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, and Article 130 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI-1), Nova Ljubljanska banka, d.d., Ljubljana with registered office: Trg republike 2, 1000 Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notice:

A member of the NLB Group as the plaintiff received a final court judgement of a Croatian court, in which the defendant was ordered to pay EUR 12,602,980.92, equivalent of HRK, with the statutory default interest from 13/6/2011 until repayment with the applicable litigation costs. The plaintiff failed to voluntarily pay for the ordered amount in the time of performance, which is why the NLB Group member initiated relevant court proceedings, which are still in progress at the time of publication of this information and it is impossible to foresee when they will be concluded.
