The conclusion of activities related to the sale of the 100% share in Blicnet, d.o.o., Banja Luka

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

After Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and "Telekomunikacije Republike Srpske“ akcionarsko društvo Banja Luka, concluded the procedure of selling the 100% share in Blicnet, d.o.o., Banja Luka, on 31 January 2019, the companies completed all the activities for setting the final purchase fee that were defined in the purchase and sale agreement on 18 December 2019. After settling on the adjustment items the final purchase fee is set at EUR 35,355,566.00.

This announcement will be available on the website of Telekom Slovenije, d. d. (www.telekom.si) for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
