Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 13 December 2019 up to and including 19 December 2019. Krka acquired 22,778 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,689,925 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 13 December 2019:    4,633  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 73.83,

- on 16 December 2019:    5,230  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 74.60,

- on 17 December 2019:    5,029  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 74.20,

- on 18 December 2019:    2,796  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 73.40 and

- on 19 December 2019:    5,090  shares at a weighted average price of EUR 74.52.

SKB d.d., NLB d.d. and Ilirika d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,203.165 representing 3.669% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,225,943 representing 3.738% of all shares issued.
