The 5th regular meeting of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., hereby publishes the following notification:

At its 5th regular meeting on Wednesday, 22 January 2020 the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., discussed the company's current business activities.

The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., approved the appointment of Primož Kučič to the position of director of Avtenta, napredne poslovne rešitve, d.o.o., effective as of 1 February 2020. Primož Kučič, who is currently the Director of the Strategic Business Unit B2B at Telekom Slovenije, d.d., will lead Avtenta, napredne poslovne rešitve, d.o.o., until a new director is appointed.

The Supervisory Board was informed of the start of process for an increase in capital by entrance of a new partner into Planet TV, televizijska dejavnost, d.o.o.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
