Announcement Following a Supervisory Board Meeting

The information contained in this announcement will remain posted on the website of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana (www.petrol.eu) at least 5 years from the date it is published.

At its meeting of 21 January 2020, the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana carried out selection interviews with potential candidates for the position of the mandatary. Based on the interviews and strategies for the development of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana and the Petrol Group that were presented, Nada Drobne Popović, MSc, was selected as the most suitable candidate.

The mandatary is expected to assemble a team in 21 days which can then be appointed as the Management Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana for a five-year term of office. Until a new Management Board is appointed, the Company will continue to be run by Nada Drobne Popović, MSc, President of the Management Board, Danijela Ribarič Selaković, MSc, Member of the Management Board, and Ika Krevzel Panić, Member of the Management Board and Worker Director.
