The Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana appoints the Management Board

The information contained in this announcement will remain posted on the website of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana (www.petrol.si) at least 5 years from the date it is published.

At its meeting held yesterday, the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana appointed three Management Board members for a term of office of five years. Effective today, Nada Drobne Popović, MSc, became President of the Management Board, while the terms of office of Management Board members Matija Bitenc, MSc, and Jože Bajuk, MSc, will begin on 11 March 2020.

Matija Bitenc has a bachelor's degree in economics. He also has a master's degree and an FCA licence.

Jože Bajuk has a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in sociology.

Until the above two Management Board members take office, Danijela Ribarič Selaković, MSc, will continue as Management Board member. The term of office of Management Board member and Worker Director Ika Krevzel Panić ends on 10 December 2020.

Nada Drobne Popović resigned as Member and President of the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana.
