Telekom Slovenije, d.d., receives the ruling and the decision of the Ljubljana Higher Court

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that on 4 March 2020 it received a ruling from the Ljubljana Higher Court, issued on 13 February 2020 in the commercial dispute between the plaintiff Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and the defendants Bojan Dremelj, Dušan Mitič, Filip Ogris Martič, Željko Puljić and Darja Senica for the payment of €7,635,500.00 with interest and other charges.

With this ruling and decision the Ljubljana Higher Court has decided to grant the appeal of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., in the part that pertains to the part of the costs of third party interveners, and has dismissed this part of the ruling, however, it rejected the remaining part of the appeal of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and approved the ruling of the District Court in the appealed part. It imposed on Telekom Slovenije, d.d., to reimburse all legal costs to the defendants.

Telekom Slovenije, d.d., is reviewing the received ruling and decision, and it will notify its shareholders and the public on any developments.

This announcement will be available on the website of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. (www.telekom.si) for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
