The 8th regular meeting of the Supervisory Board Telekom Slovenije, d.d.

Telekom Slovenije, d.d., hereby publishes the following notification:

At its 8th regular meeting on Thursday, 19 March 2020 the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., discussed the company's current business activities.

The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., approved the appointment of Simon Furlan, MSc. to the position of CEO of TSmedia, medijske vsebine in storitve, d.o.o., and Samo Ošina to the position of CEO of Planet TV, televizijska dejavnost, d.o.o., as of 1 April 2020. Simon Furlan, who is the director of the Director of the Strategic Business Unit Wholesale at Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and Samo Ošina, the Director of the Strategic Business Unit B2C at Telekom Slovenije, d.d., will be heading the companies through management agreements until new CEOs are appointed.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
