Publication of Counterproposals to the Resolutions Proposed for the 35rd General Meeting of NLB d.d.

In accordance with the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Article 130, and the Companies Act, Article 300, the NLB d.d. hereby announces shareholders’ counterproposals.

The counterproposals are also available at the company’s website (https://www.nlb.si/general-meetings-in-year-2020), RNS (Regulatory News Service, London Stock Exchange) and the AJPES website. Shareholders who will wish to see the counterproposals at the company’s headquarters, may do so every business day from 9 a.m. to 12 noon from the date of publication of counterproposals up to the day of the General Meeting and need to previously make an appointment over telephone, number 01 470 70 33 (available every business day between 9 am and 11 am) or by e-mail at Skupscina2020@nlb.si.

This information will also be available at the company’s website, www.nlb.si, from 15/05/2019 until further notice.
