NLB and KBC have completed the sale of NLB Vita

Pursuant to the rules of the Stock Exchanges and the Market in Financial Instruments Act, NLB d.d., Trg republike 2, Ljubljana, makes the following announcement:

On 29 May 2020, having met all the suspensive conditions under the sales agreement of 27 December 2019, NLB d.d. sold its 50% stake in the share capital of NLB Vita d.d. within a joint sale process with KBC.

The long-term bancassurance partnership between NLB Vita and NLB d.d. will continue to develop, as the bank remains the primary sales channel.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website, at www.nlb.si, at least five years from the date of this announcement.
