Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces:

The Director of Corporate Performance Management of Krka, d. d., Novo mesto, Mrs. Mojca Vidmar Berus, informed the company that on 30 July 2020 she disposed 1,480 shares of the company with the symbol KRKG (ISIN: SI0031102120) for her own account on the official market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange at a volume-weighted average price of EUR 82.01:

• 104 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 82.20 and
• 1,376 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 82.00.

The transactions are not linked to the exercise of a share option programme.
