Acquisition of treasury shares

With a reference to the public notice from 29 July 2020, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 7 September 2020 up to and including 11 September 2020. Krka acquired 6,046 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 531,009 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

- on 7 September 2020:          1,361   shares at a VWAP of EUR 87.64,

- on 8 September 2020:          1,094   shares at a VWAP of EUR 87.69,

- on 9 September 2020:          1,421   shares at a VWAP of EUR 87.78,

- on 10 September 2020:        1,670   shares at a VWAP of EUR 88.12 and

- on 11 September 2020:           500   shares at a VWAP of EUR 87.80.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

Intercaptial d.d, Ilirika d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 1,461,833 representing 4.458% of all shares issued.

The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 1,467,879 representing 4.476% of all shares issued.
