Resignation of a Member of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

The President of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., received the resignation of Supervisory Board Member Bernarda Babič on 19 October 2020. Bernarda Babič is resigning from her position of Member of Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., as of 19 January 2021 (i.e. within three months of signing her resignation) or on the date a replacement or a new member is appointed by the General Meeting, should it be held before this date. The company received her resignation on 19 October 2020 at 18:05.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
