Resignation of the President and the Member of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

The President of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Aleš Šabeder, and the Member of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Barbara Cerovšek Zupančič, submitted their resignations from the positions of the Supervisory Board President and Member, respectively, on 19 October 2020. Both resignations come into effect as of the date the new Supervisory Board President or Member is appointed. The company received the resignations on 19 October 2020 at 16:47 and 16:51.

The President of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Aleš Šabeder wrote in his resignation that “because of the current situation, disagreements and different perspectives on the role of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., I can no longer perform my duties with sufficient measure of due diligence befitting a supervisor, and therefore my continued function as a Supervisory Board President and Member is no longer possible. Consequently, I submit my unequivocal resignation. In order to avoid any damage to the company and consequently liability for damages of Supervisory Board members, I expect the rest of the Supervisory Board to follow my suit.”

Member of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Barbara Cerovšek Zupančič wrote in her resignation that “because of the current situation in the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., I can no longer perform my duties with sufficient due diligence befitting a supervisor of the company”.

This notification will also be available on the website of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years after publication.
