Telekom Slovenije, d.d., stops the sales procedure of IPKO Telecommunications LLC

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that as of today it has stopped the sales procedure of its 100% share in the Kosovo-based IPKO Telecommunications LLC. The procedure was concluded without the selection of a buyer, and IPKO Telecommunications LLC shall remain part of the Telekom Slovenije Group.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
