Appointment of the members of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., by the court

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that the Ljubljana District Court issued a decision on 3 November 2020, ruling that as of the date this decision is issued, the following persons are appointed as new members of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.:

1. Boštjan Koler
2. Dimitrij Marjanović, and
3. Štefan Belingar

As of the date this decision is issued, namely 3 November 2020, terms of the following members of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., are terminated: Aleš Šabeder, Barbara Cerovšek Zupančič and Bernarda Babič.

The terms of the newly-appointed members of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., last until new members of the Supervisory Board of the company are elected at the General Meeting, replacing these court-appointed members, but no longer than one year after the decision has been issued.

The decision of the District Court, which is attached to this notification, came into effect on 3 November 2020.

This notification will be available on the website of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. (www.telekom.si) for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
