Start of the procedure for merger by acquisition of Avtenta

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

In accordance with the strategy of Telekom Slovenije Group for the 2020-2024 period, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., is starting the procedure of merger by acquisition of Avtenta, napredne poslovne rešitve, d.o.o., to Telekom Slovenije, d.d.  The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., had given a prior approval to the start of the activities. The conclusion of activities is planned for 1 April 2021.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
