Changes to the 2021 Financial Calendar

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

Telekom Slovenije, d.d., hereby informs the interested public about the changes to 2021 Financial Calendar. The dates of 32nd General Meeting of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., and publication of the resolutions of the 32nd General Meeting of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., which will be held on 21st January 2021 based on the request of Slovenian Sovereign Holding, are added to 2021 Financial Calendar and the regular annual General Meeting of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., scheduled for 7th May 2021, is renumbered to 33rd General Meeting.

The amended 2021 Financial Calendar is attached.

This notification will also be available on the company’s website www.telekom.si for a period of at least 5 years.
