Telekom Slovenije, d.d., received the lawsuit from T-2

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

Telekom Slovenije, d.d., has received from the Ljubljana District Court a lawsuit from T-2, d.o.o., for the payment of general damages in the amount of EUR 12,195,656.00, for the payment of loss of profit in the amount of EUR 35,760,909.00, and for non-existence of claims in the amount of EUR 1,778,033.00 plus interest, fees and charges. The claim is said to represent the damage that the plaintiff is said to have suffered in the period from 1 September 2018 to 31 July 2020.

Telekom Slovenije, d.d., will notify its shareholders and the public on any developments.

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
