Appointment of a new member of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

At its 4th regular meeting on Monday, 22 March 2021, the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., appointed Barbara Galičič Drakslar as the new Management Board member. Barbara Galičič Drakslar holds a university degree in economics, and has more than 25 years of work experience. She has been employed at Pošta Slovenije, d.o.o., since 1996 on different leading positions. She beings her four-year term as a member of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., by 23 April 2021.

The Supervisory Board appointed Tomaž Jontes as a Vice-President of the Management Board.

The notification will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
