New Management Board member assumes her duties

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

On 22 March 2021, the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., appointed Barbara Galičič Drakslar as the new Management Board member, to begin her term by 23 April 2021. Barbara Galičič Drakslar began her four-year term as a Management Board member today, 31 March 2021.

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
