Milan, 26 May 2025. DHH S.p.A. (DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622), following the press releases published on 19 May 2025 and 21 May 2025 respectively, announces that trading of n. 1.039.485 warrants called "Warrant DHH S.p.A. 2025-2028" ("Warrant"), ISIN code IT0005645541, will begin today on Euronext Growth Milan, a multilateral trading facility organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. The Warrants will give the right to subscribe, under the terms of the Warrant regulation (in the period between 1 June 2027 and 29 December 2028, unless extended therein), a total maximum of 623.691 DHH shares, with regular dividend rights and fully fungible with the current DHH shares in circulation, according to the exercise ratio provided for by the regulation and at a unit price of Euro 3,10 each.
