Amendment to the financial calendar for 2022 with a new date of publication of preliminary results for 2021

In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV d.d., Ljubljana hereby publishes the following notice:

The preliminary results of Triglav Group and Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. for 2021 (unaudited data) will be published on Wednesday, 2 March 2022, which is a day before the announced date.

The amended financial calendar for 2022 with a new date is attached hereto.

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 4 February 2022 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
