Notification on transactions of the President of the Management Board with TLSG shares

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby informs that Cvetko Sršen, President of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., on 21 March 2022 bought 100 shares of the company with the symbol TLSG  at the price EUR 57,00 per share in the total value of EUR 5.700,00.

The ordinary TLSG shares were purchased on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. After the said transaction Cvetko Sršen holds 250 shares with the TLSG ticker symbol.

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
