We would like to inform you that Peter Kavčič, Member of the Supervisory Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., bought 1,220 ZVTG shares at the weighted average price of EUR 40.75 in the total value of EUR 49,716 on 31 March 2022.

These ordinary shares with the ZVTG ticker symbol and ISIN code SI0021111651 and the issuer’s LEI code 549300KGI78MKHO38N42 were purchased on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
