At its session on 12 April 2022, the Supervisory Board of Cinkarna Celje, d.d. approved the audited annual report of the company for 2021, together with the report of the independent auditor. The report translated into English, enclosed hereto, is published in the official ESEF format pursuant to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815 and paragraph one of Article 134 of ZTFI-1.

The information will be published on 13 April 2022 on the company's website www.cinkarna.si and will be available for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
