PUBLICATION OF A COUNTERPROPOSAL FOR THE 26TH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE JOINT STOCK COMPANY CINKARNA CELJE, d.d.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act (ZGD-1), Market and Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI-1) and Ljubljanska borza, d.d.’s Rules, the Management Board of Cinkarna Celje, d.d., Kidričeva ulica 26, Celje, informs the shareholders that on 13 May 2022 it received by e-mail a counterproposal to the item 2.2. on the agenda of the 26th General Assembly of the shareholders (Use of accumulated profit), convened for 15 June 2022, submitted by the shareholder DRUŠTVO MALI DELNIČARJI SLOVENIJE, Tomšičeva ulica 1, 1000 Ljubljana.

The counterproposal is attached to this notice. The counterproposal is available to shareholders at the company's headquarters under the same conditions as the reference and other material for the General Assembly and in electronic form on the company's website www.cinkarna.si, on the stock exchange electronic notification system http://seonet.ljse.si and AJPES website.

This information will be available on the company's website www.cinkarna.si for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
