Notification of transactions in ZVTG shares

In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV d.d., Ljubljana is hereby publishing the following notice:

On 17 June 2022, two persons closely associated with Matjaž Horvat, Executive Director of Digital Platform and Business Intelligence at Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., carried out a transaction with ZVTG shares. The closely associated person MEDICINSKE STORITVE A MEDICA d.o.o., Murska Sobota, bought 1,000 shares and the closely associated person Alenka Horvat bought 270 shares, with both purchases being made at a price of EUR 37.00 per share.

These ordinary shares of the Company with the ZVTG ticker symbol and ISIN code SI0021111651 and the issuer’s LEI code 549300KGI78MKHO38N42 were purchased on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 21 June 2022 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
