1st regular meeting of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

On 14 September 2022, at their 1st regular meeting following the General Meeting, which had taken place on 9 September 2022, the members of the Telekom Slovenije Supervisory Board appointed Žiga Debeljak, MSc as the new President of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. Deputies of the president remain Karla Pinter, MSc, representing the shareholders and Drago Kijevčanin, representing the employees.

Considering the changes to its constitution, the Supervisory Board also formed the Supervisory Board committees.

The notification will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
