NLB Workers' Council recalls a member of the Supervisory Board – workers' representative Bojana Šteblaj

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and Article158 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act, NLB d.d., Trg republike 2, 1000 Ljubljana announces:

The NLB Workers' Council announces that, as of 12 September 2022, it has recalled Bojana Šteblaj from the position of a member of the Supervisory Board - workers’ representative. The NLB Works Council decides on the appointment of workers’ representatives in the Supervisory Board in accordance with the applicable regulations and has, in accordance with the established procedure, already informed the Bank of Slovenia.

The Supervisory Board thanks the former member for her cooperation.
