In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV d.d., Ljubljana is hereby publishing the following notice:

Zavarovalnica Triglav has announced that an agreement has been reached on the termination of the term of office of David Benedek, Management Board Member of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., which is now set to take effect as of 1 December 2022, and not as of 31 December 2022 as initially planned.

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 25 November 2022 and will remain available on the Company’s public website for a period of at least five years.
