Alenka Horvat, a person closely associated with Matjaž Horvat, Executive Director of Digital Platform and Business Intelligence at Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., informed the Company that on 25 November 2022 she acquired 9,000 ZVTG shares (ISIN code SI0021111651) based on a deed of gift. The acquisition was carried out outside a trading venue and the price was not set.

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 29 November 2022 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
