Change in the Company's dividend policy

In accordance with Articles 124 and 130 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI-1, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 77/2018) and Articles 7 and 17 of the European Union Regulation No. 596/2014/EU (MAR Regulation), the Company

announces that the Company's Management Board and Supervisory Board have amended the dividend policy (as set out in the Summary of the Company's Development Strategy for 2019-2023 and published on 17 April 2018) so that 50% of the net profit for the financial year 2023 as well as for the financial year 2022 will be allocated for dividends.

The decision was discussed by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board at the meeting held on 22 December 2022.

The information will also be published on the Company's website www.cinkarna.si on 23 December 2022 and will be available there for at least 5 years.
