Notification on transactions of the Member of the Management Board with TLSG shares

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby informs that Vesna Prodnik, Member of the Management Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., on 10 February 2023 bought 400 shares of the company with the symbol TLSG  at the price EUR 53,50 per share in the total value of EUR 21.400,00.

The ordinary TLSG shares were purchased on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. After the said transaction Vesns Prodnik holds 400 shares with the TLSG ticker symbol.

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
