Blaž Jakič assumed the office on the Management Board

In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV d.d., Ljubljana hereby publishes the following notice:

Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. hereby informs, that on 2 March 2023 Blaž Jakič assumed the office on the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. for the five-year term of office.

On 17 October 2022, the Supervisory Board passed the resolution on his appointment. On 2 March 2023, Blaž Jakič was issued a decision by the Insurance Supervision Agency authorising him to serve on the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d.

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 2 March 2023 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
