At its session on 18 April 2023, the Supervisory Board of Cinkarna Celje, d.d. approved the audited annual report of the company for 2022, together with the report of the independent auditor. As a single document, the report also contains a sustainability report. The report translated into English, enclosed hereto, is published in the official ESEF format pursuant to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/815 and paragraph one of Article 134 of ZTFI-1.

The information will be published on 19 April 2023 on the company's website www.cinkarna.si and will be available for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
