Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Receives the Decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., hereby publishes the following notification:

On 10 May 2023 Telekom Slovenije, d.d. received a decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Slovenia regarding the commercial dispute of Sky net, d.o.o. versus Telekom Slovenije, d.d. (formerly Mobitel, d.d.), for the fulfilment of a contract according to two lawsuits (in the total amount of EUR 33 million), and because of declaration of a void contract following a counterclaim (in the amount of EUR 25 million). The Supreme Court has issued a decision on the judicial review in favour of the plaintiff SKY NET, d.o.o., and annulled the ruling of the Ljubljana Higher Court in the items that relate to 1) the decision on the appeal of SKY NET, d.o.o., against the ruling of the court of first instance; 2) the decision on the appeal of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., to the ruling of the court of first instance regarding the counterclaim, and 3) the decision on the costs of the appeal procedure, and returned the case in relation to these items for retrial with a different panel of judges. The decision on the costs of the judicial review is sustained until the final ruling.

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
