Sustainable development policy adopted

In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV d.d., Ljubljana is hereby publishing the following notice:

The Triglav Group is hereby publishing its Sustainable Development Policy, which was adopted with the aim of realising strategic sustainability ambitions in the Group's four key areas – in both core activities, business processes, stakeholder relations and corporate governance. The policy defines in greater detail the identification of sustainability-related risks and opportunities, the method of cooperation with key stakeholders, involvement in socially and environmentally responsible projects and partnerships, and the manner of realising selected UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 30 May 2023 and will remain available on the Company's public website for a period of at least five years.
