Appointment of the Member of the Supervisory Board of GVO, d.o.o.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., gave its approval to the appointment of Peter Anžin, Finance and Accounting Director of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., as a Supervisory Board member of the subsidiary GVO, gradnja in vzdrževanje telekomunikacijskih omrežij, d.o.o. He begins his four-year term on 9 June 2023. The term of the member of the Supervisory Board Sabina Merhar ended on 9 June 2023.

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
