The Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, appoints two new members of the Management Board

Ljubljana, 20 July 2023 – At its 37th meeting, which was held today, the Supervisory Board of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, was informed about the resignation of Management Board Member Jože Bajuk who was responsible for the Energy, Solutions, Logistics, and Operations field.

On a proposal from the President of the Management Board Nada Drobne Popović, the Supervisory Board unanimously appointed two new members for a five-year term of office. Sašo Berger, a university graduate in economics, will join Petrol’s Management Board on 15 September 2023 and Marko Ninčević, a university graduate in economics with an MBA degree, will join on 1 September 2023.

From 15 September 2023, the Management Board will have six members, which is the maximum as set out in the Articles of Association of Petrol d.d., Ljubljana, as follows: Nada Drobne Popović – President, Matija Bitenc, Jože Smolič, Sašo Berger and Marko Ninčević – Members, and Zoran Gračner – Member and Worker Director.
