Fourth Amendment to the Financial Calendar for 2023

The information contained in this announcement will remain available at Petrol d.d., Ljubljana s website, www.petrol.si, for at least 5 years from the date of publication.

The adoption of Decree amending Decree on setting prices for certain petroleum products of 30 November 2023, which has substantially reduced the regulated margins on unleaded petrol and diesel on the Slovenian market, has severely tightened the Petrol Group’s business conditions. In response to that, Petrol d.d., Ljubljana submitted a petition for the review of the constitutionality and legality of the relevant Decree and a petition for a temporary suspension of the implementation of the same Decree on 4 December 2023.

In the light of these circumstances, Petrol d.d., Ljubljana will not be able to adopt the Business Plan for 2024 in accordance with the published Financial Calendar for 2023 but will do so in January 2024. To this end, Petrol d.d., Ljubljana has adopted supplements and amendments to the Financial Calendar for 2023.

The supplemented Financial Calendar for 2023 is attached.
