Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Receives the Decision of the Ljubljana Higher Court

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., hereby publishes the following notification:

On 20 December 2023 Telekom Slovenije, d.d., received a ruling and a ruling of the Ljubljana Higher Court regarding the commercial dispute of Sky net, d.o.o. versus Telekom Slovenije, d.d., (formerly Mobitel, d.d.) for the fulfilment of a contract according to two lawsuits (in the total amount of EUR 33 million). With this ruling the Ljubljana Higher Court confirmed the ruling of the Ljubljana District Court, received on 2 March 2020, and ruled that the parties should cover their own costs of the appeal and review procedure. This means that the ruling of the Ljubljana District Court in which it rejected both the part of the subordinate claim of Sky net, d.o.o., regarding the construction of base stations and preparation of documentation pertaining to 2007, as well as the remaining part of the subordinate claim regarding the issued orders for the construction of 414 base stations and the orders for obtaining the documentation for 434 base stations, has come into effect. The court also ruled that Sky net, d.o.o., is obligated to reimburse Telekom Slovenije, d.d., for legal costs in the amount of EUR 30,146.32. 

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website  (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
