Insurance Supervision Agency's decision regarding an employee representative on the Supervisory Board

In accordance with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the applicable legislation, ZAVAROVALNICA TRIGLAV d.d., Ljubljana is hereby publishing the following notice:

On 17 January 2024, Zavarovalnica Triglav was informed that on 10 January 2024 the Senate of the Slovenian Insurance Supervision Agency issued a decision ex officio, prohibiting Vinko Letnar, who is entered in the register of companies as a Supervisory Board member of Zavarovalnica Triglav, from performing the function of a Supervisory Board member due to his failure to comply with statutory requirements. The Insurance Supervision Agency's decision is final and enforceable and confirms the position of Zavarovalnica Triglav's Supervisory Board on the illegality of Mr Letnar's appointment by the Company's Works Council.

This information will be published on the website of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. at www.triglav.eu as of 18 January 2024 and will remain available on the Company’s public website for a period of at least five years.
