Received counter proposals

In the period after the expiry of the 7-day deadline after the announcement of the general meeting, which will take place on 13 February 2024, the company received two separate counter proposals from the shareholders VZMD, Hrenova 13 1000 Ljubljana and SDH d.d., Mala ulica 5, 1000 Ljubljana, to item 2 of the agenda, which however, they do not meet the conditions for mandatory publication according to paragraph 1 of Article 300 of the Companies Act (ZGD-1).

For the sake of transparency and to keep shareholders informed, the company is publishing the received counter proposals, which are attached to this announcement.

The company will also publish the counter proposals on the company's website www.cinkarna.si, where they will be available for at least 5 years after publication, and on the website of AJPES.
