TELEKOM SLOVENIJE, d.d., Ljubljana

Telekom Slovenije, d.d., received a preparatory application from T-2, d.o.o.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d., Ljubljana and the applicable legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, in connection with the lawsuit of T-2, d.o.o., of which it informed its stakeholders on 2 March 2021 and 3 March 2021, hereby informs the stakeholders that it has received a preparatory application from the District Court of Ljubljana in the aforementioned case, with which T-2, d.o.o., is seeking inter alia an increase in the claim in estimated height of EUR 59 million.

Telekom Slovenije, d.d., will examine the received application and the change of the claim and respond accordingly.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
