Changes to the 2024 Financial Calendar of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, is informing the public of changes to the Financial Calendar of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., for the year 2024 (Financial Calendar). Telekom Slovenije, d.d., adds the publication of the unaudited financial statements for 2023 to the Financial Calendar. The change also refers to the date of publication of the Telekom Slovenije Group and Telekom Slovenije, d.d. business report for the period January − March 2024 and the start of a silent period in this regard.

The 2024 Financial Calendar is in the attached document.

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
